From April 5, 2010 only a new application form for a Schengen visa is accepted. It is recommended to make an appointment for visa application beforehand.

ผู้ที่มีความประสงค์จะยื่นขอวีซ่า ต้องทำการนัดหมายล่วงหน้า

Visa application has to be presented at the Embassy of the Czech Republic only if the main destination is inside the Czech Republic, in other cases only when the applicant will have the first longest stay in the Czech Republic. ผู้ที่ยื่นขอวีซ่าที่สถานฑูตเช็ก จะต้องมีจุดหมายการเดินทางเพื่อไปยังประเทศเช็กและควรเป็นประเทศที่เข้าเป็นอันดับแรกและอยู่นานที่สุด

The applicant has to submit the visa application in person at the following address:

Beyond the above mentioned time it is possible to make an advance appointment (by telephone, personally during office hours or by e-mail) for consular affairs (legalization, Czech criminal record etc.)
